how do I find my serial?
You may have purchased premium support when you bought your version of Nitro Pro or at a separate time but using your serial number from your Nitro Pro license, you can check to see if you are eligible for premium support above.
It depends on what version of Nitro Pro you have and where you bought it. If you bought Nitro Pro 7 from our website, your serial number (in alpha-numeric characters) can be found under the Help tab in the About section. For other options about where to find your serial number, you can check here.
If you try to verify your serial number using the form above you'll be provided with all the options available to you. You can purchase access to premium support, or look for answers or ask a new question at our active online community.
