The Expert Support Plan assures you of unlimited access to email-based technical support for a 12 month period. The cost of an Expert Support Plan subscription is a fixed amount (no pro-rating) and once purchased is required for all future purchases of that product. Expert Support Plan subscriptions must be renewed annually at the then-current price to maintain coverage.
