To install or upgrade to Nitro PDF Professional 5, you'll need to follow the three steps below to download the Nitro PDF Professional installer, obtain an upgrade serial number, and install the upgrade. If you experience any difficulties in the course of the upgrade process, please contact our support staff via the installation support contact page installation support contact page.
To download the Nitro PDF Professional 5 installer, right-click the link below and select Save Target As... from the menu that appears and save the file to your computer.

To obtain your Nitro PDF Professional Version 5 serial number, enter the serial number you received in your product package and your email address in the form below and click Submit. Your upgrade serial number will be emailed to the email address you specified.
Note: Please check that you have entered your serial number correctly, particularly letters and numbers that are easily mistaken for one other (such as the numerals 1 and 0 and the letters I, O and l). Properly formatted serial numbers look like this: XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
To run the installation, double-click the “nitro_pdf_professional.exe” file that you downloaded in Step 1. When prompted for the serial number, use the new serial number from the email you received in Step 2.
