Copy and pasting directly from other applications

Nitro PDF Professional includes unique tools that allow you to copy text and graphics straight out of Word, Excel^®, web pages and many other applications, and paste them straight into your PDF documents in Nitro PDF Professional. There's no need to convert whole documents, just insert the section you want directly into your PDFs.

To copy and paste text and graphics into your PDF documents:

1. Highlight and select the text and graphics from your document (in Word, Excel^®, web browser, etc.).
2. Click Control + C.
3. Open the PDF document in Nitro PDF Professional you want to insert the content into.
4. Click Control + P.
5. Wait a moment for the content to be converted automatically, then it will appear in the PDF document.
6. If you want to move the block of content, select the Edit Object  tool from the toolbar, and click on and drag the new content into the correct position.
