Convert multiple files to PDF

Nitro PDF Professional allows you to batch convert files easily and includes fast conversion support for more than 20 of the most commonly used file types. All files that support one-click creation can be easily converted in batches. (For related information see the create PDF feature overview.)

Nitro PDF Professional lets you batch convert in several different ways. One is best when you have a handful of files, because it's faster. The other is best when you have a large collection of files to convert. The limit of the first method is that you will be prompted to specify where to save each file.

To convert a small collection of files to PDF:

1. Select the files to convert.
2. Right-click, choose Convert File to PDF and then the creation profile.
3. When prompted, specify the name and place to save each PDF.

To convert a large collection of files to PDF:

1. Open Nitro PDF Professional.
2. Choose File > Create PDF > Convert Multiple Files.
3. Choose Add and select the files to convert.
4. Choose the creation profile  from the dropdown list.
5. Choose the destination for the new files.
6. Click the Create button.
