Attaching and/or recording audio file

While sound files can be attached with the Attach File tool, they will open in the default player for that file type. When they are attached using the Attach Sound tool, they will play directly in Nitro PDF Professional.

To attach an existing audio file

1. Select the Attach Sound tool  from the toolbar.
2. Left-click on the page to place the attachment.
3. Select Browse and find the file to attach.
4. Click OK.

To record and attach a new audio file:

1. Select the Attach Sound tool  from the toolbar.
2. Left-click on the page where you would like to place the attachment.
3. Select the Record button.
4. Record the audio using a microphone.
5. Click OK.
