Refund Policy and Conditions for ESD (Electronic Software Distribution)

Software sold via ESD is subject to different guidelines than that sold in a box. The main benefit of electronically distributable software is that Nitro PDF Professional's functionality and features can be fully tested prior to purchase using the trial version.

If you still have questions about Nitro PDF after testing the trial version please contact us before purchasing the product.

At Nitro PDF Software's sole discretion, we will refund the purchase price for orders which fall into the following categories:

We will only offer a refund within 30 days of the purchase date. To receive a refund for an electronically downloaded product, you must first contact our store administrator (cleverbridge) using the link on this web page (nitropdf.com/store/cleverbridge.htm).

You will need to provide cleverbridge with the following information:

cleverbridge will contact us with your refund request. If we need additional information you will be contacted by email from a Nitro PDF support staff member. Upon approval of a refund you will be asked to sign and return a Letter of Software Destruction which will be provide by our support staff.

Refund Policy and Conditions for physical delivery (boxed products)

Software sold via retail stores and/or software resellers in physical packages is subject to the return policies of the store or reseller. You must contact your place of purchase in order to determine if they will allow you to return the product for a refund. Many software resellers do not allow refunds on opened software packages so we strongly encourage you to download and use the trial version of Nitro PDF Professional before making a purchase.

In no event will Nitro PDF Software be liable for any policies or procedures established by its retail store or software reseller partners.
