Quick Access Toolbar


The Quick Access Toolbar, as the name suggests, gives you easy access to your favorite tools. By default it includes common features such as Open, Save, Print, Undo and Redo, but you can customize it so that any command on the ribbon tab is accessible from it.

To customize the Quick Access toolbar:

  1. Click the down arrow to the right of the Quick Access Toolbar.
  2. Click More Commands.
  3. In the Choose commands from list click the tab name to display its commands in the left pane.
  4. In left pane, highlight the command and click Add.
  5. Once finished, click OK.
