Edit images in PDF files


Nitro PDF Professional gives you the full set of tools to make changes directly to PDF files in situations where you don't have access to the original source document. Images can be edited by selecting them with the Edit Text & Images tool. When you double-click an image a new Format tab will appear in the ribbon area that is home to all image editing tools. (See the product overview for info on how to edit PDF files with Nitro PDF Professional.)

To select an image to edit:

  1. On any ribbon tab, in the Tools group, click the arrow beneath Copy Text Nitro PDF icon, and then click Edit Text & Images Nitro PDF icon.
  2. Double-click the image.
  3. Click the images, and then click the Format context tab in the ribbon.
  4. On the Format context tab choose the type of image editing task you'd like to perform.
