Stamps annotations in PDF files
Review stamps give you a handy to add non-permanent stamp to pages. The built-in stamps (such as Draft, Reviewed, and Approved) give you a simple way to indicate the status of a file. Using the custom stamp feature, you can turn any image into your own stamp.
To add a stamp to a PDF document:
- On the Review tab, in the Comment group, click the arrow below Stamp
.
- Click the stamp to use.
- Click on the page where you would like the stamp to be placed.
To add feedback to your stamp:
- Double-click on the stamp.
- In the pop-up note, enter you text feedback.
To delete a stamp:
- Click the stamp.
- Press the Delete key.
To create a custom stamp:
- On the Review tab, in the Comment group, click the arrow below Stamp
.
- Click the Create New Stamp option.
- In the Stamp name box, enter a name for your stamp.
- Click Browse and select the file to use as a stamp.
- Click the options you want the stamp to use.
- Click Save.
