Pricing for the program couldn’t be more straightforward - it’s simply calculated as a straight percentage of the original purchase amount. The SAP comprises both Expert Support AND Upgrade Assurance. While all licenses of Nitro PDF software come with 30 days of free support, beyond that period, the Expert Support Plan conveniently alleviates one-at-a-time, more costly support case purchases by providing unlimited, direct email access to the Nitro support team for a 12-month period. On the other hand, Upgrade Assurance ensures that customers receive all major and minor upgrades free of charge during a period of one year. Without Upgrade Assurance the normal cost of upgrades is approximately 40% of the product’s current retail price.
The Nitro PDF VLP provides substantial savings, the best sales and support service in the industry, and a low minimum initial purchase of only 11 licenses. Organizations realize significant savings over traditional purchases of multiple copies of 'shrink-wrap' packages through the program and the larger the initial commitment, the higher the discount! With the VLP, users simply purchase a given Nitro PDF Software product and are supplied with a volume license agreement authorizing the distribution of the software to the number of assigned licensed users.
